- Total Support Solution: IMS would provide a complete service, the Power8 servers (iSeries) would be looked after in Blue Chip’s UK data centre and all software and hardware queries and maintenance would be supported. You would be able to concentrate wholly on the new system, and access historical data as and when needed.
