As we move into the new decade, it is good to look back briefly before we move forward. It has been an exciting year and IMS has seen substantial changes welcoming new people, new systems and new clients. We have also welcomed new technologies with MTD, our own bridging software and data cleansing projects now representing a significant part of our daily business.  We have also sadly said farewell to a few long-term members of our team and I wish John and David every success in the next stages of their lives.

IMS has seen significant growth over the last decade, and are proud to have maintained our friendly and personal approach to working with our clients. Changes in the industry with IBM ‘s new developments and changes to Infor customer support, have increased our workload necessitating the employment of new sale and support staff. Security projects covering both IBM(i) and related networks and the development and integration of web portals has become increasingly common and has resulted in new consultants with these specialist skills joining our team.

Despite the clouds of Brexit business has remained strong and we are looking forward to an exciting new year and new decade of working with you.
